Oh Yea, The United States Government are not allowed to use these tasers on TERRORIST and cops are shooting our kids, pregnant women, mentally retarded, mentally upset, old people, I have heard stories of as high as 79 years old!, They are trained but it is still the super ego of "I carry a badge and you are a lowlife" that causes the problems.
