Just in case you don't know, Senator Kerry frequently wears blue shirts. That's not a problem. England still celebrates the Twelve Days of Christmas. That lasts until 5 January. So it's possible that decorations might still be up. In addition, it's possible the decorations are for something else.
Please explain the British and Portuguese flags on the wall.
Finally, Michelle Malkin's coverage has a picture of Senator Kerry, in a blue shirt, in Bagdad, surronded by troops. That rather blows away the whole idea that he was shunned.
You can't have it both ways.

Good try, Gene, but no. The photo was taken in Iraq and there is additional information confirming this. I've updated the post with a link to Michelle Malkin's excellent coverage of the controversy.

The picture was taken in England in January 2006, not in Iraq, December 2006. Note the British flag in the background. The note is apparently specious also. Netscape had the "story" and pulled it after being appraised of its falsity.
I think an abject apology is in order.
