Second, he is a INC guy connected to Chalabi, who's WMD info is of dubious reliability (i.e. possibly fed from the Iranians.) I'm pretty positive that some WMD did go to Syria, but the way this was written, Sada is made to sound like someone responsible for sending it there. He wasn't.
