Non-candidate Fred Dalton Thompson picked up another endorsement:
Although he has yet to say officially that he is running for President, Fred Thompson last week picked up a major endorsement for the ’08 Republican nomination.
“I like Fred Thompson,” Dennis O’Brien, speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, told me in his Philadelphia office. “And I’m for him for President. I have no problem being for him, because I like what he stands for.”

Apparently, the best they can do is say he played a racist in three episodes of the TV series “Wiseguy” back in 1988. Tom Hanks played a astronaut in a movie, but that doesn’t make him one. If that is the best they can do to attack Fred, then he should be happy. Most people, even some liberals, can still tell the difference between make-believe and reality.
