Moonbat of the Day: Chris Matthews
“Journalist” Chris Matthews, host of CNBC show Hardball, talked about the “crazy zeitgeist” that permeated the United States after 9/11 to political science students at the University of Toronto. He said that most Americans just hate their enemies rather than learning to know them and slammed both President Bush and the political climate of his country:
“The period between 9/11 and Iraq was not a good time for America. There wasn’t a robust discussion of what we were doing,” Matthews said.
“If we stop trying to figure out the other side, we’ve given up. The person on the other side is not evil — they just have a different perspective.”
He said Bush squandered an opportunity to unite the world against terrorism and instead made decisions that have built up worldwide animosity against his administration.
Perhaps he and Richard Gere can go have a hug fest, because I’ve never seen anyone more wrong on an issue than this (and remember, we’ve just seen Murtha call for “redeploying” troops out of Iraq before the country is stable).
Americans have learned about terrorists. We’ve learned that they are primarily comprised of well-educated Islamofascists that want to take away women’s right to vote (or ability to read for that matter) and stone homosexuals for being who they are. They want to kill every infidel and establish a global Caliphate.
Mr. Matthews, we have looked at the face of terrorists and understand that it is more dangerous than Hitler and Stalin combined. And Mr. Matthews, the hate is on the Islamofascists side, not ours. They want want to kill us. We want to save them.

want to take away women’s right to vote (or ability to read for that matter) and stone homosexuals for being who they are.
Hmm The administration running this country right now doesn’t sound too different from these “terrorists” you speak of.
They want to take away womens “right to choose, and while I’m sure they want to stone homosexuals to death, it is better to deprive them the same rights the rest of the country enjoys. ie. marriage, adoption etc. Or how about the fact that President Bush practically shoved Christianity down the throats of the Chinese during his visit. Telling the chinese people they want the bible and Christ. We would not tolerate a muslim leader coming to our country telling us that our people want and crave Muhammad and the Koran.
Would you not take up arms against any other country who came in here, captured our president and occupied our country? (which is exactly what we have done and continue to do in Iraq. )So sit back and take in the BIG picture. Who are the terrorists ?
