Kitty Lessons
What I learned today from one of my four damn cats:
- No matter how small the kitten
- Nor how incredibly tall the tree
- Nor how piteously she meows while stuck 40 feet in the air
- Nor how many time you wake up during the night worrying about the miserable creature and about how the heck you are going to get the animal out of said tree the next day
- You just can’t be mad at her when you find her curled up safe and sound in her regular sleeping spot the next morning.
The other lesson is that a cat that can get themselves into a fix is perfectly capable of getting themselves out.
This is the critter responsible for my near-sleepless night.

Having a cat has taught me to never blog naked. Leaping cats use their claws to grab hold if they miss their intended target.
