Kerry Qualifications
VDare.com posts a rather exhaustive study of the comparitive IQs of Kerry and Bush. While exact numbers are impossible, the author makes an excellent case for stating that Bush’s is probably the higher of the two, and he does so in a very even-handed and non-partisan way.
