Iran’s Hard-Liners Won’t Back Down
The situation in Iran is worsening. The Guardian Council, which disqualified thousands of candidates for next month’s election, has now vetoed legislation designed to reverse the disqualifications.
Look for boycotts of the elections and (hopefully) significant international pressure.
