Here’s your chance
James Taranto at Best of the Web is running a contest. It seems that the Norwegian Prime Minister suggested that some of Sri Lanka’s politicians “could be more flexible in dealing with Sri Lanka’s Tamil Tiger rebels“, to which an aide to the Sri Lankan president (impossibly named Samaraweera) said, “Of course we can’t expect anything better from a nation of salmon-eaters who turned into international busybodies.”
So now, in addition to the famous Groundskeeper Willie quote of “Cheese-eating surrender monkeys”, we have Samaraweera giving us “Salmon-eating busybodies”.
