Council News
The Watcher of Weasels has put together a Watcher’s Council composed of 12 rather good bloggers that participate in a “best post” contest. Each week they submit one of their own as well as a non-council member post. The entire Council then votes to choose the best posts of each category.
For instance, out of the posts submitted last week were these two winners:
- A Killer in the Shadows by Right Wing Nut House
- Taking Islam Seriously from Bloggledygook
Each week, the Watcher chooses two posts submitted by boggers after they follow his instructions. I recommend that you do so as it gives great exposure to new bloggers. Or even old bloggers — as an ex-Watcher myself I am submitting one of my own posts for consideration in the upcoming nominations process.
BTW, I haven’t seen that the Watcher has filled the vacancy left by my resignation as of yet. Perhaps it’s not too late to apply. I highly recommend it.
After all, you can see how long I could stay away.
