1 Bad Guy Dead . . . then Oops
Armed gunman grabs a clerk at a gas station as he is taking out the trash and uses him as a human shield to enter the store. The owner hears something going on and shoots the would-be robber dead. And then there’s this:
The owner also accidentally shot the clerk sending him to the MED in non-critical condition.
Update: Additional details are available. In short, the human shield clerk made a break for it and ran out the back. The gunman jumped over a counter and began struggling with another clerk, which is when the owner fired several shots with a 40-caliber Ruger, killing the gunman and slightly wounding his employee.
Lesson for bad guys: don’t bring a pellet gun to a robbery. What an idiot.
